How do I order a bespoke replica?
The best way to start this process is to email us with as much information as possible, such as reference photos, sizes, quantities, how it will be used, along with any specific requirements for the replica and our team can guide you from there.
Can website items be customised?

Are all the items on the website in stock?
We make most of our items in our Chesham workshop (excluding those marked as ‘value’) and our production is organised to try and ensure we have most items in stock, however the stock levels change daily which is why our team will confirm your order and agree a lead time with you before taking payment.
Items that are in stock can be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
What is the lead time on items that are out of stock or for larger quantities?
Our lead times vary by product, but as a guide:
For large quantities of a single object, please allow up to 2 weeks.
For smaller quantities, please allow 1 week.
Bespoke orders will be agreed with the customer and the lead time will depend on the complexity of the project.
All lead times will be agreed with customer before payment is taken.
Tight for time?
If you are working to a timeline, please advise our team when placing your order. We are lucky to run our own production with a very skilled team which allows us to take a flexible approach and work with even the tightest of deadlines.
How do I look after replica food models?
Our plastic and resin items will benefit from regular dusting to keep them looking fresh. They can also be rinsed in warm soapy water. For items made from foam these too will benefit from regular dusting and should not be exposed to dirty or coloured liquids as this may stain.
We have items here that are over 20 years old and still look great, with the right care a Replica product will last the test of time.
How do we get started with a creative project?
If you are interested in working with Replica on a creative project, the best place to start is an email with as much information about your planned project as possible. Please include any design ideas, timelines, and budget and our project team will be happy to guide you through the process. You can email the team on projects@replica.co.uk.
